Greece? They’ve obviously never really heard of such a city, probably due to their ages. But soon, the kids are fighting over your silk, and it’s clear that the boy isn’t taking no for an answer, even with your meek way of trying to calm them down and get them to stop fighting. He tugs harder on the silk, and you see the little girl’s grip slip from the silk, sending her to the floor. In a matter of tense seconds, she’d in tears, crying loudly enough that people start to look toward you.

You do notice with your advanced vision that an exasperated woman, another baby on each hip and another two children behind her, one older, probably around sixteen or seventeen, and holding one other. It’s clear that the three babies are triplets seeing as they’re wearing “Thing 1, 2, and 3”, shirts with matching hairstyles. The mother hands off one of the children to the older one before approaching. “I’m sorry for them bothering you.” She said with a tired smile toward you as the little boy lifts the silk toward his mother.

“Momma! Look!” He says, and she looks at him with the same tired smile.

“Very nice, sweetheart. Please give it back to the young lady and apologize to your sister.” She says to him, but he continues to play with the cloth without care.

A few moments later, the guy from earlier calls your number and waits impatiently for you to come up to the counter. You may choose to deal with the children and the mother and then go up to the counter. If you decide to try to get your cloth away from the child, then please roll me some kind of charisma in order to do so before making your way to the counter. Or, you could try something else if you would prefer.

While still trying to quell the fighting between the children, I victory was quickly revealed leaving the loser on the floor in tears. Frozen in fear as no doubt a crying child would draw more attention towards her and more than likely the population would finger her as the culprit. Mortified that her good intention caused infighting and a child to cry she did her best to calm the little girl. Doing her best to kneel down to the Girl now identified as Shirly Katharine did her best to console her while unsure as if to help Shirly up. As such the best the Young Arachne did was hover over her while telling her it was not her fault and to not worry about the silk.

Looking over to the boy to make sure to kept track of him. She would see him show the Silk to an older woman with two older children behind her. The Older Woman looked haggard and nearing the edge of tranquillity or insanity the more interesting part of the picture was the three near identical infants wrapped around her body. Feeling a tinged of nostalgia as Katharine was reminded of her family and how much trouble her Battalion of Sister caused for her Mother. While her Mother was not the kindest person one would still have to respect how she raised an Army of children while only failing with one stubborn child.

Snapping back into reality as the Mother made her approach apologized for her children. Stunned once again as she had never been apologized to let alone been spoken to by a human, save for screams of terror or threats. The whole ordeal made the Young Arachne tear up slightly before quickly wiping it away before rising to speak with the Mother while fidgeting timidly, "They were not a bother it was a nice way to pas..". Thinking on the time, her head shot over to an annoyed officer who was looking at her impatiently as if to hurry her along. pressured to hurry up, the flustered Arachne bumbled her way through a farewell before rushing towards the counter forgetting about her cloth.

Skittering over to the Officer sheepishly, She did her best to give a great big small while nervously breaking the ice. "Sorry for making you wait I lost track of time, and the thing with the children and family, your uniform looks very nice it fits you well". Rambling and bearly keeping eye contact with the man, she recoiled slightly awaiting for the reprimanding she would receive.

The family let you slip away with little more than the mother apologizing once more for her troublesome kids, though as you walk away, she’s quitely scolding her son and picking the little girl up from the floor with her free hand to hold her on her other hip before she returns them to their original seats. You’re able to slip away from them despite not getting your cloth back, which the boy is happily playing with as they go.

As you get up to the counter, the man behind the desk smiles happily toward you, his bright orange eyes dance with mischief as he watches you skitter toward the counter.

“It’s no bother at all, Miss. I perfectly understand both children and families.” He says, discreetly shooting down what he assumed was you trying to hit on him awkwardly by inclining that he had a family of his own. However, he just smiles brightly at you, his sparkling white teeth… Are they a bit more pointed than other humans?

“Hello and welcome to Eyls’ayn. I’d like to welcome you to our fine city, but in order to do so, we much, of course, go through proper channels in order for you to be considered legal.” He sets out a few pieces of paper and begins instructing you how to fill them out.

Most of it is pretty simple. Name, place of birth, species, blood type, etc. Please roll me an intelligence check to see if all the questions are making sense to you or if you need to ask the smiling man for some help.

Relived at the mildly intimidating officer understanding, despite his early appearance. perhaps his look of impatience was a mistake on her part for reading human emotions wrong, or his displeasure was directed elsewhere. Letting it go as living in her own mind would do nothing to further her goals nor did she wish to take out any more of his time.

Continuing to return the smile back, she took note of the colour of his eyes and far more sizeable canines than that of the humans she had come in contact with. While she was unaware of the normality of the man's features, however, she knew that humans came in many various forms. If she had a bit of time between the immigration process she would see if she could ask about his unique features.

"Thank you for having me, this is the first time I've spoken on civil terms to so many humans without them running or try to kill me"! Letting out a nervous laugh as she broke eye contact embarrassed that she was so excited over a simple conversation".

"Proper Channels"? Looking back to the man with an angled glance of confusion, followed by a similar look at the papers. Understanding the simple questions such as age and place of birth, but the questions on identification and documentations halted her progress. Looking to the Officer for assistance unsure of how to word her questions and say that she had none of the information required as she was outside of human society. Trying her best to contain her fears, as the thought of being unable to become part of Eyls'ayn slowly broke through her social graces. After all, she went through to make it from her home to Eyls'ayn, the thought of being turned away at the door shattering her dreams caused her eyes to well up with tears. Quickly bringing her arm to whip away the tears, she collected herself as she stated that she did not have the information to correctly fill out the forms.

A soft smile seems to spread over his lips as you explain to him your circumstances about the conversation. “Human like creatures live here. Some are human, but most have become accustomed to living amongst other creatures. What’s the saying they use in the mortal realm? If you don’t act like you’re afraid of it, it won’t be afraid of you? Even giant spiders, most people are used to strange creatures around here. Try not to be too judgmental.” He gives another smile, more tightlipped than before.

Your next reaction confuses him though. He doesn’t understand why you’re suddenly tearing up and he gives you a very confused look, his brows knitting together in concern mixed with bewilderment. Even as you wipe them away, he looks at you like you just grew a second head.

As you look down at the paper in front of you, you can see that there are no questions on proper papers or anything of that sort. They are very straight forward questions. After a few moments, the man in front of you seems to understand a bit. “As you can see, there is no need for actual documentation. We’ll get all of that from the blood sample we will be taking shortly. We just ask that you fill this out to the best of your ability.” He said softly, though it’s clear that he still doesn’t quite understand that kind of reaction. He hands you a pen and sets it on the paper. “Once you’re through filling out what you can on there, we can get your fingerprints, blood sample and then we’ll get your documents for the city.” He tries his best to give you a smile, still tightlipped and almost nervous. He’s not used to dealing with people crying perhaps?

You fill out what you can with your passed Intelligence check and once you push the paper away, he grabs it and starts putting the info into his computer with lightning speed. You can’t even keep up with everything that he’s typing on that keyboard of his and after a few seconds, he pulls out a little folded napkin. “Are you allergic or sensitive to iodine or rubbing alcohol?” He asks carefully.
