Biography: Up until 300 years ago, The Seven Deadly Sins were living the high life in the realm of Hell. That Infernal playground, where they were revered as seven of the army's strongest. The Seven Deadly Sins; Pride, Wrath. Greed, Gluttony, Lust, Envy, and Sloth. They were known as Legion Generals, Satan's hand picked leaders of Hell's Army. Their loyalty residing only in their lord, the seven carried out any order they were given without issue or question. In the hierarchy of demons they were an enigma and were not beholden to the Demon Princes and Princesses ranked above them.
Among them was Astoraeus, The Legion General, Sin of Lust; a demon of great power and the manifestation of pure sexual desire. Compared to the other Generals, though, he was considered to be the weakest. His army was loyal, especially the female soldiers, and that zealous loyalty proved fearsome for the enemies of Hell. Even still, Astoraeus rarely found himself fighting on the front lines. Instead, he and his troops acted as a support battalion for the other armies. Morale was important, and easing tension was part of his army's specialty.
The war ended almost abruptly when both sides' leaders, God and Satan, killed each other in battle. After that, a peace treaty was signed and the long fought war was over, sending each side to their respective homes. The loss of Satan was a heavy loss for the demons of Hell, but still they persevered. A government was created to supplement the monarchy, but only as a temporary replacement for their deceased King until he is brought back to life.
For the Sins, Satan was there only true lord. After much time discussing their future, they decided that they would not give their allegiance to this new form of government. The Seven appeared before the court and renounced their positions as the army’s generals, choosing instead to leave Hell to the mortal realm. They would live their lives their own way until the day that Satan returns. The council accepted their departure, not that the Sins needed permission to leave, but it meant that they were free to come and go to and from Hell as they pleased.
Since that time, the Seven Sins have learned to harness what measly power they could muster in the mortal realm, using their variety of skills to take on jobs as freelance mercenaries. They wandered for years, unable to find a solid foothold in the mortal world. Eventually, the Sins found their way to Eyls’ayn, a city where their abilities could prove very profitable. Greed bought a house and allowed his comrades to stay in it, though he implemented stipulations. Thus, the headquarters of the Seven Deadly Sins was founded and Astoraeus worked under his new identity, Aster.

Clothing Style: Aster usually wears tight button-up shirts or zip-up sweatshirts, leaving the top three buttons undone or the zipper not fully up so he always shows a bit of his chest. He likes jeans that aren’t too restrictive, loose fitting is just fine with him. If they are too tight it gets extremely uncomfortable for him. He prefers not wearing clothes at all, but that doesn’t seem to be an option in society..
Weaknesses: Aster finds it difficult to control his impulses. He has to constantly keep himself in check when in the public. Not only does he have to keep his guard up against himself, but also against Chastity. They find their powers do not work as well when they are in each others’ presence. Anything remotely tied to God also weakens him.
Restrictions: As with all of the Sins, his power is severely reduced in the mortal realm. They are only able to call on a small fraction of it. Using his true form takes up too much of his power, so he is only able to stay like that for a minute or less (depending on how much power he outputs in that time).
Alternate Forms: His true form doesn’t look all that different. He’s one and a half times the size of his mortal form, with black and flames replacing his hair and hard purple skin. His horns grow in size and he has a long, slender tail that he has complete control over. He also wears no clothing of any kind. Image

On a more serious note, Aster knows that he’s the weakest of the Sins in terms of his powers. This has given him a slight inferiority complex that he tries his best to hide. He may not be jealous of the others’ powers, he’s not Envy, but he often gets frustrated that he cannot compare to the rest of his comrades. He takes out these frustrations in very specific ways, causing women of the city to go ‘missing.’

Aegeus- Annabel's other contractee. A wildkin. Aster finds his constant presence around Annabel to be irritating at the very least. Most of the time they don't get along, but there are some times where they can see eye to eye and have proper conversation.
